DESTROYED WINTER: Snow is flat, no depth. Snow looks like white paint on the roofs.

How dare we want value for money! Insanity! People are doing this because EA is always messing up something in every pack, and measuring snow happens to be the best way to check if there is snow in the game, there isn't. There is large amounts of white paint though.
