Yes, but it would be interesting to see if the ones that didn't really want the strangeness, felt like me. Beat the Mother and ended up enjoying it.
I wasn't interested in the strangeness, played out the story, enjoyed it and will play it again. The town is beautiful, a little small but I think that adds to the charm.
Oh, so glad I am not the only one! The town is small and so beautiful I start in the starter house. Figured I will move to Shady Acres when starting a family since there are 2 empty lots there. I just need to put a diner in, so I never have to leave, LOL. A gym and a diner are a "must have" for me anyway! Will check the Gallery when I go back in to play.
