Not that I actually thought I'd have a chance of winning, I wanted to see who won, but it is still at Winners will be announced soon! status. I think it has been quite a while for it to still not be ...

From what I understand about lotteries that are massive like this one was, the winner must give permission to have their name/identity released.   The entity hosting the "lottery" is not obligated to share winner information.

I figured this for the first 3 weeks, but I finally gave up, and posted about it. They can at least close/say prizes went out, so we know it wasn't left forgotten.
