Did anyone else notice the new "attach file" and image upload buttons?

Oh, well either I didn't see it, or I've missed it. LOL Oh, just found it on the bar above this post. Way cool. This is how it used to be, if memory serves. Sounds as if they just reinstated it.

Honestly, I blame my very poor vision.
