Did anyone else notice the new "attach file" and image upload buttons?

@EA_Cade We now have a problem where we can't post attachments in our first post when making a new thread. It has happened to me twice now. Just thought I would let you know ;)

This is the error message:
You are not allowed to post attachments in this category, Please remove any attachments to proceed
