Certain traits that are on lots are fixed in and can't be removed. They are " locked " in to the lot and can't be changed or removed. There are certain lot traits that can't be added to other lots. There are no cheats for changing, removing or adding these traits.

Thank you for this! There's some useful stuff there for setting up new households that you're not playing as from-scratch :)

I know, but none the less I need them. :tongue: Seriously though, I need a way to put the quiet neighbors trait on all the places. I know they're trying to liven things up, but my neighbors are at it Every. Darn. Night. Also- I have no idea how they're arguing or woohooing when one of them is in the hallway singing to themselves. :confused:
Really, there's no point in having apartments if the neighbors are SO obnoxious (even in places without the loud neighbors trait) that you have to move them out to get any sleep.
