Did the latest Laundry List Fix Obsessive Snow Shoveling?

I am on PlayStation, so we haven't gotten the latest laundry list yet. I don't really care much about this Marketplace. What I'm really excited for are the autonomy fixes. These cooldowns are going to solve so many obsessive problems going forward... If they work as intended of course. But one thing I didn't see on that list was snow shoveling in Seasons. It's so bad for me that I have to completely turn off winter just so that my sims don't drop what they are doing constantly to charge out of the house to shovel a random pile of snow like 2-3 houses away. I mean, if you're going to add a cooldown to anything, I would think that right there is a prime example for it a good 24-hour cooldown. But I didn't see it on the list of fixes, so I wanted to ask if anything of the sort was implemented? I really hope so. I would really like to experience winter again as normal in-game.
