Did The sims 4 ever have pizza?
I could've sworn there was an option to order pizza on sims cell phones when the game first came out... Am I just flashing back to TS2?

I've found that the message saying something like, "I'll be there shortly," needs to pop up after the phone call in order for the pizza to arrive. I try to not multitask with other activities while making the call and then I wait to see that message before I figure that the pizza will arrive.
Pizza arrival does get buggy sometimes but I've found that to be the way to know if I should count on the pizza, if I should re-order or if I should send the sim to make something else.
