I removed the 'holiday'. I don't like the idea of a neighborhood brawl. I do hope that's all it was. I will attempt to do the Meet & Greet on another day, where no holiday is scheduled. Thanks for the response. He ended up with a Bronze award, but it was very difficult to hold this event, not knowing what was expected from the host.
