There's definitely a new bug/issue with this following the patches this spring.

PS On page 2 of the attached thread are listed some cheat codes to trigger pregnancy from abduction that might help you. There's also apparently a 'pregnancy' thing that appears in LasrException files when the game tries but fails to create an abduction pregnancy due to this bug.
