Did you ever give this sim a makeover? Photo of Paka'a Uha merfolk
I'm not sure if this sim has been patched in or if he has always been in the game since Island Living was added, but regardless I now see him in any new game save I startup.

Anyways in one of my game saves my sim, who's going to be a witch when ROM is added. While she was on a community lot, she met Paka'a and currently they are now roommates. I'm trying to give him a much-needed makeover because simply put it looks like he is wearing rags. But the problem nothing looks right on him.
