Did you notice this about the pre-made vampires?

So everyone who got Seasons probably saw that all the pre-made Sims have random cold and hot weather outfits. Well, I thought the same thing until I went through Vlad and the other vampires' outfits.....

I didn't notice that at all, but it would be kinda weird if they assigned those outfits only for the premades from Vampires, oh well.
Do the newer premades that came after seasons actually have assigned cold/hot-weather outfits? I've never took any notice, but now that I think about it, I've never really seen a premade from Get Famous in weird outfits. I heard cold and hot weather outfits are not a part of Seasons and were actually patched in before, but I could be wrong.
