Dietary restrictions/choices as secondary traits

I like the addition of being able to have a sim who is vegetarian or lactose intolerant, but I don't want to use one of my 3 primary traits for that. It would be nice if these sorts of traits could be...

Vegetarian is a lifestyle choice, maybe they could add it as a buyable trait in the rewards store or even better as a lifestyle if your sim eats vegetarian food. Lactose intolerance is genetic, maybe they could add this one as a hidden trait that you discover through gameplay.
