I can't remember where I saw it, but I saw a chart of the different towns, including the vacation towns. Each community's weather is slightly different. For example in winter Oasis Springs has a bit of a warmer climate than Windenburg. The jungle doesn't get a cold winter, but a lot cooler than summer.
