No, but wouldn't it be lovely if the devs were able to put in a toggle, foundation on/foundation off and have it apply to the specific area of the build you're working on. Such as when you're placing the walls. It's probably too complicated a thing. I would love it, also, were we to get the ability to created interior platforms so we could have more freedom of design when it came to staircases. We had such in Sims2, it was awesome!
