I was disappointed in that owning the restaurant, we, as players, couldn't run things as we did in the Sims2 version. I missed having my owners do it all, so to speak. I stopped owning restaurants ages ago. Now, I'll use the ones I built so I can see my work, but things run better as strictly a customer, especially, since a player discovered if more than one cook station is in the restaurant, food gets served faster. I have upgraded the restaurants in my game. That plus the fact that now it doesn't take hours upon hours for our Sims to consume a meal, it's a much better experience. Too bad, though that this pack wasn't designed a tad better. We should have the option to hire a Manager, if we don't want our Sim/Owner to have only that to do. It was interesting/fun in the very beginning to see the business side of things, but it gets boring very fast and I come away feeling very tense after a shift. I play this game to relax, not the opposite. In Sims2 trying to juggle cooking and getting the food out was actually fun. I don't recall coming away exhausted as if I had actually pulled a shift at a RL restaurant. LOL :open_mouth:
