The way you play, I agree that DO might be the one that fits best. That said, I only have RoM (which I personally love, but then I love the magic side of it a lot) out of those three and zero interest in JA.
As for a pub, maybe having it as a bar would be the best? That might be one way for Sims to use darts etc, though I haven't tried it yet. It does seem to fit most though.
