While I do love RoM the most out of these, Dine Out sounds like it will suit your gameplay style the most.
I have it too, pretty sure I got it as a part of a bundle, and I don't really run the restaurants either. I just visit them. And you can edit the employee outfits and menus while building the restaurant, so really, you don't ever have to run them yourself if you don't want to. It's fine.
