@munroele what is broken in Dine Out? I send my sims to restaurants all them time with no issues.
@EnkiSchmidt the bars in TS4 serve food so you don't need a special pack to have a bar/pub, just set the lot trait to whatever building you build to bar and it will tell you what must be in it to run as a bar.
