Do you mean having a bar in my game? I already have lots of those (and sampling bar food is the only way for my food critic to fulfill one of their job goals without Dine Out). What I meant is I'd like my sims to officially own the bar and mingle with the patrons while going about their criminal business. Basically a player owned restaurant that only sells drinks and very few snacks.

It's at jab at me having listed "screenshotable world" as a positive criterion. And it worked, I feel sufficiently insulted, but not prompted to change my playstyle or purchasing habits.
