DING DING

OK as of today I keep hearing a bell "DING DING" in my game. Can someoone telll me what it is?

Not sure. Maybe it's the sound when your sims found a new skill? I know sometimes that's a bug with certain households (I'm not too sure what exactly triggers it tho).
