I think there should be a way to cure disabilities in the sims. Like there is a cure to vampirism in every part of the Sims franchise. IRL, there is no cure for being dead, but The Sims has Ambrosia. I can imagine a Vampire in a wheelchair could still use super speed and the wheelchair would super speed with the Vampire. A vampire in a wheelchair who turns into a bat could either leave the wheelchair behind and helplessly lay on the ground until bat traveling back to the wheelchair, or just make the wheelchair disappear and reappear where he turns back from being a bat.
A Witch with learning deficiency would take longer to learn spells but would still learn them eventually. What if a flying broom can act as a substitute for a wheelchair that can also float on stairs so no elevator needed? What I imagine being difficult is a plant sim with water allergy or sunlight allergy.
In Sims 2 if you paid the Grim Reaper enough money you could bring back the dead - but if you did not pay him enough you dead Sim would become a permanent Zombie.
Permanent as in could not be undone by regular gameplay?
Not even by drowning the zombie and paying dear old Grim a bit more next time?
