I don't see why they couldn't have disabilities. Considering how Vampires and Fairies and the like don't actually, really EXIST, we don't exactly have examples. However many vampires used to be human. We've no evidence becoming vampire would cure that. And what about mental disabilities? I don't suppose becoming a Vampire will make your Autism vanish.
People are always saying stuff about how Disabilities will offend disabled people but from what I can tell, most players with disabilities would rather it's realistic than tasteful. In fact one of the things I've noticed people with disabilities get offended about, including myself, is magical 'cures'.
