Disability feature: The Why’s & Why Not’s, and if so, How?

If it's something like the canes in TS3 Generations then I'm totally fine with it. However I can think about a hundred and thirty things I would like to see added over this. I can just see the YouTube videos of people killing off Sims with disabilities and people getting pissed about it. I just think it's way more drama than it's worth....and not the good kind that we all like in our games, real life drama.
