Your comment sums up not just the views on this particular subject but I think a 'modern' way of thinking in the world these days. I will not go political as such views are prohibited on the forums and these days I am very well known elsewhere on the internet of my views but The Sims is just The Sims. It is an innocent game at best so lets leave the more serious subjects out of it. I am always vouching for realism but realism in The Sims should be opening a car door and driving around or if a neighbour visits they ring a door bell or do people only text these days (or is it whattaapp now?)
Personally it is bad taste to have ailments in The Sims. Lets not make an industry out of it. There is plenty of awareness but we don't need to bring it into out games. Keep things innocent the way it was intended.
