Disability feature: The Why’s & Why Not’s, and if so, How?

I would love to have disabilities represented within the game. Just more diversity in general. Maybe folks (based on randomization) with depression would have to nap more, get tired more easily, have different "coping" mechanisms and such.

Folks with crutches and wheelchairs, as someone mentioned before, would also be great. And having everything accessible would be wonderful.
