I say no to disabilities being added to the game.
1. It gets put in the game and no matter how well done it is, it won't capture one person's exact condition and they'll be upset that they weren't included or that they didn't portray the disability how it affects them.
2. It gets put in the game and there will be people who go around and say that they cheated and gave disabilities to the Sims that they do not like. Because they wanted to make them suffer.
3. Given the direction they've taken this version in with regards to style and comedic points, Sims 4 is not suited for adding something as serious as disabilities. Maybe Sims 5 depending on how they go there may be more suited to something serious being added to it. A disabled Sim would be out of place in this game, even if they were done perfectly with regards to how the disabilities were portrayed.
4. Yes, there are toys out that they do have the physical disabilities out there, but that's because for those toys the person playing it gets to depict 100% of how the disability affects the game play. That's not the case in Sims. So just because they exist in other toys, doesn't mean it should happen here.
5. It gets put in the game and it's not very well done, then it just angers everyone.
I certainly wouldn't buy the pack and I wouldn't download it if it was a freebie pack. And I would never make single Sim disabled in game. Most packs I would buy if they went on a good sale - this one, I wouldn't because I do not want it in my game. Just like some people didn't buy the Pets back because they did not want pets in their game.
