I think the Sims games are meant to be a universe where everyone is accepted. I'm sorry to hear about your troubles @NyteRose . But I would love to see an alternate world in which disabilities are accepted. After all, I do not think the vampires and aliens suffer from too much discrimination! :) Part of the beauty of the Sims games is playing with a life simulator to recreate our Sims' lives as we want them to be. This is why I think disabilities should be optional, just like the gender patch. My Simself wants to be in a wheelchair, knowing that other Sims will not treat her any differently. I might not be able to have that in real life, but I want a world of acceptance for my Sims.
