Disability feature: The Why’s & Why Not’s, and if so, How?

I would like to have an option where I can shut off disabilities completely...I like the idea of them being added and would like to explore what it would be like for my sims to struggle with disabilities but there are absolutely times I would rather play my little utopian family where everything goes right in their lives...because let's face it that's not how it's gone for me hehe
