@aaronrulz Since you specifically mentioned mods, Bienchen has one here: https://bienchen.sems-own-world.de/outfit-mods/ It's called norandomhatsaccessoriesandmakeup and there are optional modules to disable body hair. Unfortunately I can't vouch for this particular mod since I don't have HSY, but I use lots of Beinchen's mods and they are reliable and safe.
