Disable the use of random socks, hats and accessories in situations

Most of us think of these things from the festivals at city living, the strange walk-by's for rain or holiday's, since townies shouldn't be decked out all in random accessories and unfortunately it's crossed over to the new pack during the island event gatherings with the locals in Sulani.

W H Y? :bawling:

They starting to look more like badly dressed TOURISTS now, which is real unfortunate. Socks with sandals will always be a major offense. :# The hats make it even worse. I don't mind situational outfits like here especially if picking from IL CAS items, but the other stuff just don't make any sense. Socks, tights, ring, hats and glasses should definitely be disabled. It can really kill the immersion as it looks like these sims tripped and fell into their closet and just decided to wear whatever they came out wearing.

Places like the City Living festivals I feel like they should be picked from certain clothing categories than situational outfits that don't match at random. (The JUST brown choices for the theme of the spice festival is pretty 'bleh'. )

Romance Festival- Formal attire
Spice Festival- Everyday or party
New Years Holiday Walk-by's- Party Attire

Only place where sims seem to always dress accordingly for situational outfits seems to be in Granite Falls. Which would be nice to see applied to other situational outcomes to stick with that entirely.

Or, better yet, why not put the styles outfits to use and only let townies wear those?

I had thought about this at one point, just having townies spawn more in the styled outfits, but then I wondered if you might see too many sims wearing the same style, since there's only ever so many in each category, but at least they wouldn't be making use of every single piece of CAS category in the game.

I'd just like sims to not be awkwardly wearing socks with sandals and hats and decked out in accessories that's not necessary. A bracelet on each wrist. Socks AND tights? If not for some mods that disabled some of the items for the newly generated sims it'd be worse than usual.

:# I mean, when I took a mod out while testing something and a celebrity popped up in THIS. (This is Brytani Cho)

The celebritiy walk-by's shouldn't have any situational clothing changes at all. I find it 'weird' that they would.
