Now I know I'm not alone, and it sure does seem like not cleaning the tea set before leaving the lot is a factor, as I'm pretty sure that is what I did all 3 times at has happened to me (I know for sure that is for 2 of the 3).
I guess until they fix it I need to try to remember to always clean it right away.
