@EA_Cade, Tell them to put it on an apartment lot that has maid service and every day have the Sims leave the lot and go elsewhere for the whole day before returning home. I can get it to disappear completely within a matter of a couple of days doing that.
I'd send save files, but I put my mods all back in seeing as removing them didn't help with the problem.
