Like @RnM92 mentioned, if we talk realistic bustling city atmosphere Windenburg is the winner. SM isn't really good for anything. When I want to play a city dweller sim I find myself using Windenburg more often because it doesn't feel as claustrophobic.
I pretty much only play in Spice District, it's the only area of SM with soul. Beautiful scenery for screenshots and actually feels like a city.
All in all, I think it was a mistake to center this EP around careers.
