Quite frankly I have two pieces of advice for you:
1. Always focus only on a single Sim per University run.
2. Turn off Aging (for that very reason) while in University.
And in this specific case I would drop out of Uni, Pause Aging, Re-enroll and start over.
It seems you did the same mistake as several Gamechanger Youtubers did when they did their Uni let's plays, trying to either juggle 2-4 Sims in different classes at once or even worse still playing their other households while having one Sim go to Uni.
This just doesn't work, because taking a Sim thru Uni is a full time commitment.
You MUST make sure they do their homework Every. Day. Otherwise they get bad grades. This has to be done manually or else they won't do them.
You MUST make sure they don't get late for classes. Same reason.
And you MUST make sure they write all their term papers / do their presentations and make sure they are of Good quality or better.
So again, leaving your Uni Sim to their own devices, or try to juggle another household or even another Sim at the same time? Not going to work.
Also, never do more than three courses in a "year" or you will have a miserable time.
