Big tip I play rotational too with uni (it’s my unexpected surprise pack for sims 4) but when you have sims in uni it’s best to play out the 7 day term and at the end not enroll them for the next term if you want to rotate households. If you rotate halfway through a term it’s a lottery with what your sim gets as a grade after that term. So my advice is play the term, don’t re-enroll, then rotate. The only downside to this is you loose any scholarships.
