I don't know whether this is a bug or not but my Servos can't live with my sim on a dorm. My sim created two servos and activated both of them. After a few sim hours my servos had to move out because they weren't university students. IMO it doesn't make any sense. What'd be the point of actually creating one if they can't stay with your sims.
