3) Full Househould, Full Terms! - Play an 8-Sim househould with full terms for each and every one of your Sims! Talking about stress, right?
4) Ghost Students! - Play with a household full of ghosts.
Kinda tried a mix of these two inspired by "Study or Die" TS2 challenge. I had a dorm with haunted/cursed/gremlins traits + one urn with a ghost in the common area. Studying full household full terms was insanely hard but super fun. Sim I was thinking was doing the best of all ended up on probation. It was something like 7 toddlers challenge but College edition ))
As for traits/ghosts they had no real impact in my game. I assume dorms somehow protected from these bad traits. My students just calmly chatted with ghosts and they even cleaned their dorm and did laundry. I think this one should be tried with normal housing. Probably than it'll be harder.
