Personally its fine by me. But i get where you and other people are coming from. I wouldnt actually mind active classes either and didnt thought it was boring in the sims3, actually it was a really neat idea, a little bit weak in the programming, like only a few sim would show up. At least it added to the immersion. Y'all acting like the get so school mod wasn't really popular.
This is a game, where you literally watch your avatar dake a dump. Everything in the sims4 is been there done that and now what. This is the game where the community wanted to do chores like laundry when they had the opportunity to vote for a stuff pack and now a rabbit hole is suddenly okay and more exciting then attending active classes.
All i am saying is that they could of listen to the feedback and flesh it out more. Why not add some sort of a mini Game in the active classes. Having to answer questions maybe... Why not make it like the go to school mod... but with programmed failures, i dont know...
