Discovery: Sims with Uncontrolled Emotions have mood swings for the rest of their life.
The problem was that one of my elder sims with uncontrolled emotions trait just had a mood swing. Like teens' it lasted for 8 hours. Unlike teens' mood swings, the moodlet only gave 2+ points, not 50+...

So, in the other words, it is normal. The description is different from teens' mood swings and have weaker emotional effect so sims cannot die by embarrassment or anger. So remember everybody, sims with Uncontrolled Emotions can also have mood swings. Mood swings aren't exclusive to teens, but if they just don't control their emotions, they can experience mood swings for the rest of their life. That's why I like Parenthood game pack: It's hard to discover it 100%. Well done developers! :)
