I agree with you. You're not in the minority. Only a small representation of players are on the forums, not to mention how many actually speak up.
Totally agree with you and @DreamaDove It does seem very low quality. the trailer is very misleading. The reward ceremony ingame isn't even similar to the trailer.
I was hoping the tiny world would be compensated with gameplay. I Guess not.

And if they can't make good trailers from game-play alone, maybe that should be a clue that they're making a subpar expansion pack.
