Disobedient Sims are driving me crazy

I have been yelling at my screen a lot lately with these problems. They drive me round the bend. It's a sure fire way of getting a player to eventually give up and ditch the game.

I would play with autonomy off for selected sim, but I jump to others too much and it doesn't really help me. I may have to switch to autonomy off if it gets me annoyed much more :(
