Distinguished Degrees?

You probably need to apply for University again after you've gained the skills for the distinguished degree you want. I don't think it will unlock automatically.

I think I switched between terms. I always choose to not move on to next term immediately, because I "pause" my dorm while playing a rotation. When I get back to them they apply for scholarships and sign up again, but they are already in the system. Perhaps it was possible because I took a break lasting nearly a full calendar year?

PS: These details might have changed since then, I did it shortly after release, might have been patched to work differently. I'll play the dorm again this weekend, so I'll double check ;)
