Always. I'll definitely add more but after downloading a CC skin tone pack, I notice a HUGE surge of diversity among sims that were game generated so I don't worry about it too much anymore.
But these names ... like ... they're so out of hand as someone else stated. It's like they just rolled a wheel and plastered the most "ethnic-sounding" names they could think of into the game.
