Diversity, Where Are BlueCollar (Physical Labor) and Service Careers?

There are many types of careers in TS4 but most require a pc at home or going to library or somewhere to use one. What isn't in game are blue collar jobs and or service jobs for our own Sims. Plum...

Yes, the need for normal jobs.

Also, I've been thinking about how The Sims is accidentally classist. Our Sims can have service Sims, but can't be service Sims. Service Sims don't even have homes!! If our Sim marries one, that Sim is elevated out of the *need(?)* for such job.

Oops! I don't think this is on purpose, but this needs to be fixed. End the Service Class separation!
