Maybe it's because I've always lived in a reasonably diverse area (even if some parts are less diverse than they'd care to admit), but I really like all the diversity in the Sims, and will always welcome more. More cultures, more identities, more hair styles, more skin tones... and the areas where they've hardly touched diversity, such as disabled options.
The world is a wonderful, diverse place. And that's one place where I do want my games and reality to ... at least come closer.
