Diving Career ...

I don't have the option to buy a diving knife at the diving buoy, the only option I wave is to snorkel. Does he have to snorkel around for awhile before the option comes up?

EDIT - I went to a different buoy and got it.

    Yeah it's only the deep water buoys that offer scuba diving and free diving. You find them in dark blue water, and their light is red instead of green as on the snorkelling buoys.
    There's no deep water buoy on the main island (forgot the name), only Mua Pel'am and St. Taz Thingy.
