I have Remembrance Day on the calendar in most of my saves. My 1st NSB save had a huge cemetary where I kept the tombstones of lost relatives (to avoid unnecessary mourning) but had a fortnightly day when all the family were invited to visit the cemetary. The nice part was that it meant that none of the spirits got lost because there was regular mourning at their tomb. I also kept spouses next to each other and linked them with a rose, and placed an object of significance to the deceased by the grave. It made for a lovely way to look back and remember for both myself and my sims. Traditions for the memorial were Remembrance, Thankful Spirit and Appreciation.
