Driving cars everywhere was literally the most boring part of Sims 3 for me. I don't want so much boring in my game. If I want boring routine activity, I have real life for that.
The interactive part of having a car in Sims 2 could be fun. I'd be into that. But I don't need it.

I loved driving in sims 3 but I get it! Not everyone likes to drive in game and for real.
I want cars and other mods of transportation.
I want driving lessons and exam courses for teenagers and high-school years...and elders that need a reboot.
I want to get into a fight on the train or subway because someone took my seat.
I want to go camping in a vehicle and go on roadtrips to differet worlds or neighborhoods with new exploration gameplay. This would introduce new exciting gameplay like hunting for ingredients, crystals, in-game missions....extra.
I would like to live in a vehicle as a sim or occult that is hiding out or can not afford rent.
Transportation has been in the game for years. for the working sims and their families.
The kids really want to go cruising in their neighborhood's once they learn how to drive! ☺
