That is unless you just order the butler to do it. When I do that, it's definitely salad night. That's all he makes.
My main save there are no families. There are three main households, two couples, and one single sim. Every household has somebody who is at least a level 7 cook, and two are sims in the culinary career. They handle all of their own meal prep. I let them choose what they want to eat. Both of the chefs are actually max skinny and thinner than when I started because they are so active they work the calories off.
